Aim  and   content  of  the  training: Reduce your mental load 

The training is for everyone who wants to

  • understand what mental load really is and why it is helpful to be aware of it
  • get a feeling for the weight of our own mental load
  • understand why we often find it so difficult to reduce our mental load
  • get to know, try out and experience techniques to reduce our own mental load

The training can be conducted with 4-12 participants. This can be an entire team or a group of individuals within a company. The training is available in German and English.

No previous knowledge is necessary for the course.
